Obama said that a government shutdown won't happen on his watch
Yesterday, S&P 500 rose to 1698.67 at the end of the day, breaking the longest losing streak of the year
However, S&P Futures shows that S&P 500 later broke above 1700 but failed to stay above again & dropped even more, non-stop to around 1690 now
People are still concerned about the ongoing budget negotiations & debt ceiling that might lead to a government shutdown
Fed's Evans said that there's a decent chance that taper might happen in October or December but could be pushed into 2014, causing more confusion about tapering
The US Senates plan to vote today on a spending bill, 3 more Fed officials will speak later, Friday tends to be the most volatile day of the week, especially near end of month & when government shutdown is at risk
Trade less or none at all today to protect your investment, trading today will be highly risky as there are too many concerns, confusion & uncertainties in the market
