Abandon "Sell S&P 500 @ 1790"
Breaking news: Senate Banking Committee votes 14-8 in favour of Janet Yellen nomination, stocks went higher & should stay above 1790
"Buy S&P 500 @ 1790" is already a win
S&P 500 should not drop below 1790 anymore, but just in case it does, abandon "Sell S&P 500 @ 1790" as it might just drop below then go higher again, unless there's another negative news for stocks

QE tapering might be delayed until next year
Breaking news:
Fed Evans: Most likely outcome is Fed takes 'a couple of meetings' to assess data before adjusting bond buys
This indicates that QE tapering might be delayed until next year
S&P 500 rebounded around 1726 after dropping from 1730
Although it's still possible to buy S&P 500 hoping that it'll target 1730 again, there's no safe supports to buy yet & might drop again if resistance is strong
Medium risk trade would be buying S&P 500 around 1726 for 30 minutes expiration but we prefer to trade using supports & resistances

Breaking news: House GOP offers debt limit hike, end to shutdown in package with spending cuts
Although Obama has not accepted the offer, stock market spiked up
Buying S&P 500 @ 1694 according to our previous signal should be enough as the market might plunge if Obama rejects it again
A higher risk trade would be buying below 1700 again, hoping that it'll reach 1700, but not recommended due to lack of supports
