Sell S&P 500 around 1703 if it drops below & fails to rebound for 1 hour expiration
S&P 500 is undecided between 1703-1704, but 1703 looks weaker & stocks shouldn't be too high before FOMC meeting tomorrow
It dropped below 1703 once, if it fails to rebound, it should drop more
