Bad economic news might help S&P 500 build support @ 1700 because the Fed will decide whether it should start QE tapering at its September 17-18 meeting
But it should not go too high & might just stay barely above 1700 because the decision has not been made
It will be hard to trade today as it is also possible for it to stay barely below 1700 before Fed's decision
