US government is still in shutdown & stocks should fall at the end of the day if there's no sign of it ending before the weekend
There's also no economic data to guide the market because of the government shutdown
The market should be more volatile today because of these uncertainties

Look to buy (VIX) The CBOE Volatility Index
S&P 500 dropped below 1680 & might become temporary resistance
Look to sell S&P 500 @ 1680 for 30 minutes expiration if it stays below
